Public housing comes in all sizes and types, from scattered single family houses to high-rise apartments. Publicly owned housing provides 120 units of low-rent or subsidized housing to households with low incomes who are eligible and meet family size criteria for units, consisting of 100 1-bedroom apartments and 20 scattered site single family dwellings.
