Mental Health:
Therapy for adults, children, teens and families that are in need of mental health care on an outpatient basis. Proof of insurance and completed intake packet required.
In Home Services:
Helping children partner with their family and community by learning skills that create and strengthen healthy behaviors at home. Requires a current diagnostic assessment recommending CTSS services and Medical Assistance.
ARMHS:
Rehabilitative focused services for adults in their homes or in the community, to help achieve goals and live more independently.
Substance Use Disorder (SUD):
Outpatient services for youth and adults; including Rule 25 assessments and groups.
Supervised Visitation:
Supervised visitation for families and children in an atmosphere conducive to healthy parent interactions. Trained visitation monitors observe and document all interactions in an unbiased and neutral manner.
Family Group Decision Making:
FGD focuses on the strengths of the families and is a problem solving process that provides families with the opportunity to make important decisions together within a support system.
Foster Care:
Therapeutic foster care for youth ages 0-21 and 24 hour case management services. Families must meet MN DHS requirements to become a licensed foster care provider.
Adoption:
Private adoption initiative providing adoptive parents with the matching process through finalization. Families must meet MN DHS requirements to become a licensed foster care provider.
Winnie Way:
Therapeutic transitional living program, providing support to adolescent girls who have been sexually exploited and/or trafficked. Serves girls ages 16-21. Programming is client-centered approach and trauma-informed care model. Residents receive services tailored to their individual needs and treatment goals. Contact: Colbi Ikola @ 218-820-0121
Hawkins Home:
Transitional living program for girls ages 16-21. This home offers supportive and structured living environment with a focus on building the skills and competencies necessary for a successful transition into young adulthood.
