Eagle Vista Ranch offers Equine Assisted Psychotherapy(EAP) and coaching to individuals, families, and groups. Liz Letson, MS, LPC, is a mental health professional, EAGALA Certified Equine Specialist, E3A Advanced Certification holder, and owner of Eagle Vista Ranch. Liz and another EAP/EAL professional team up to provide equine learning and psychotherapy to youth and adults who are seeking help with various mental health and life transition issues. The Northern Cass Developmental Achievement Center and Developmental Achievement Center – Bemidji are 501 (c)3 non-profit, licensed day training and habilitation centers that offer vocational training and community job placements, as well as recreational and social opportunities, to adults with developmental disabilities.
Our services are funded through the Minnesota Department of Health, individual counties and school districts. We serve a total of 85 clients, from age 16 to age 78, with abilities ranging from problem-solving resourcefulness to steadfast determination and disabilities ranging from cerebral palsy to pervasive developmental disorders like Asperger’s syndrome and autism.

Included: Job search classes, on line and classroom occupational skills. Training: resume preparation. Must be 55 or older; unemployed, and meet household income criteria.
DHHS provides direct consumer assistance regarding communication access; services to persons with combined hearing and vision loss; training and consultation; assistive technology demonstration labs; employment technology loans; mental health counseling; and telecommunications equipment.
The TED program provides telephone equipment to Minnesotans who have a hearing loss, speech disability or physical disability that limits their use of a standard telephone. The equipment is provided on a long term basis at no cost, as long as the individual/family meets the State’s requirements.
Providing free, confidential and nonjudgmental crisis intervention, active listening and information and referral services 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
